Yesterday, I went bowling with my kids in Kanazawa. I am surprised that we accepted 5-hours of round trip travel time to spend two hours in Kanazawa. But the school was paying, so no big deal, I suppose. I was pretty fun. I found that I was just bad at bowling, due to an odd reflex of my fingers to lock and refuse to let go of the ball. I managed to overcome this towards the end, but my fingers hurt impressively.

I am so tired. I'm not really sure why, but the general frustration due to the kids, and my cabin fever and such probably have a lot to do with it. The only things keeping me sane right now are occasional shindigs with the other JETS in Suzu, talking on the phone and online with Hattie everyday, talking with my other friends online occasionally, and DoA3.

I am so not doing this a second year. :)
